Scope

This policy covers the launch website and email you send us, including through the email link on the /book page. The website has no contact form and does not collect information you type into it. Wright Check Inspections serves Dayton, Ohio and the surrounding 50 miles. If inspection services are booked, the inspection agreement governs report data.

Email inquiries

If you email us, including by using the /book email link (which opens your own email app), we get whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, phone, property address and message. Email delivery depends on your email provider and ours, and is not guaranteed. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate requested services. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Hosting and email providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes basic technical logs, such as IP address, requested page, request time and browser information, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Porkbun email forwarding processes inquiry email and routing information to forward messages addressed to our business email. Service providers that host our website and email process information needed to provide those services.

Use and disclosure

Inquiry information is used to handle your inquiry, not for sale or targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when the law requires it. Emailing us does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Retention and security

Inquiries that do not become inspection bookings are retained for up to one year after the last substantive contact, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Cloudflare and Porkbun may retain technical and routing records according to their applicable service terms. We use reasonable safeguards to protect inquiry information and limit access to authorized people. No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.

Your choices

Email info@wrightcheckdayton.com to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. We may verify your identity before releasing information. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time and applicable legal deadlines; information subject to a legal retention obligation cannot be deleted early.

Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
